  • Working in the office at our location in Red Bank

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping in QuickBooks online and Desktop completing various tasks
  • Communication with clients in a professional and respectful manner
  • Bookkeeping duties including but not limited to: Enter vendor bills, record payments to vendors, Invoicing customers, record customer payments, recording and making deposits, bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Email and phone correspondence on behalf of clients
  • Office duties (scanning, answering phones, maintaining supplies )
  • Independent projects with provided instruction

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks online and QuickBooks Desktop Version
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong time management/organizational skills
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Maintaining confidentiality of clients
