Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping in QuickBooks online and Desktop completing various tasks
- Communication with clients in a professional and respectful manner
- Bookkeeping duties including but not limited to: Enter vendor bills, record payments to vendors, Invoicing customers, record customer payments, recording and making deposits, bank and credit card reconciliations
- Email and phone correspondence on behalf of clients
- Office duties (scanning, answering phones, maintaining supplies )
- Independent projects with provided instruction
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks online and QuickBooks Desktop Version
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong time management/organizational skills
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Maintaining confidentiality of clients
